We’ve all heard of the health benefits of using a stand-up desk but we are as yet to see spaces that use stand up desks exclusively. Doctors only suggest we use them 20% of the time, so ideally, they need to be adjustable.

The great thing about electronically adjustable desks is that they are very easy to adjust. It all happens at the press of a button. One might even use different heights at different times of the day because it’s just so easy to adjust. Your more health-conscious employees can use stand-up desks while others don’t have to. However, for ergonomics, it’s always advisable to use adjustable desks in the whole office.
