What Jean Louis Iratzoki had in mind when designing the K01 executive and boardroom chair was to create something with timeless, understated elegance, boasting generous proportions and imbued with a powerful personality. Its strong features have not gone unnoticed by specialists in the field: KØ1 has already won two prizes for its design.

Technology

Sober-looking, the K01 executive chair is in fact a very complex chair which has required the manufacturing of 35 interdependent moulds achieved with the know-how of one of the world’s best injector. At the forefront of technology, all the seat adjustments are integrated into in the backrest that contains all mechanisms. In order to dress these technical volumes of leather or fabric and assemble all its pieces, we have created new tools and new upholstery/assembling work station dedicated to the K01 within our production plant.

Flexibility

The K01’s backrest has been designed to provide lateral flexibility allowing a great freedom of movement, active and dynamic sitting for optimum user comfort.
